Football: Honor Is Given To Whom Honor Is Due.

They were honored not just because they were great footballers but because they were seen by millions all over the world and mostly especially in their respective clubs as legends, kings. They have been given all the glory every football player ever dreamt of because they represented their clubs with all loyalty respect truthfulness and honor. He made his debuted with Liverpool in 1998 as a central midfielder but sometimes was used a as a second striker and ended up his career with the club on Sunday the 17th of May 2015 at 5pm on the pitch where his name will ever be remembered. You can’t talk of Liverpool without mentioning Steven Garrard. Throu
ghout his career with Liverpool FC with over 695 appearances, 116 premiers league goals, two FA, three league Cups League, one UEFA Champions, one UEFA Cup and UEFA Super Cups. His name reigned as captain of the club was marked by victory loyalty handwork and a never give up attitude. As one of his fans saidAnfield will ever be where you truly belong but we wish well in your new adventure.
He is considered as having the Barcelona DNA in his blood. The best midfielder of his time and his titi-taka play style has brought him glory and honor not just with his club FC Barcelona but also with the Spanish national team. He announced last week that he will be leaving Barcelona after the champions league finals on Saturday the 6th of June. A win by the Spanish champions will bring an unspeakable joy to the 34years old midfielder. Xavi Hernande .made his first appearance with FC Barcelona on 18 August 1998 and since then he has played over 700 matches, scored 82 goals and made more than 180 assists for over 50 players and he is the first player in FC Barcelona's history to play 150 international matches. Has won eight La Liga titles with FC Barcelona, three UEFA Champions League, two Copa Del Rey, Six Spanish Super Cup and two UEFA European Championship. Apart from club victory also has two FIFA Club World Cup and one FIFA world Cup.  Like what else will a player want? With a silence voice ‘FIFA world best player’.  He will be moving to Qatar to join al-Sadd after spending 17years with Barcelona.
Africa amplifies him his club adores him. His one of Africans finest footballers of his era who has brought glory not only to his club but to the Ivorian national team even though the CAF has always slid away from his hands.  In summer of 2004 Didier Drogba was signed as a striker for Chelsea FC in England. He made 243 appearances for the club, scored 104 goals, fourth highest goal scorer for Chelsea of all times. In March 2012, he became the first African player to score 100 premier league goals and also became the only player in history to score in four separate FA Cup finals the same year. Just to experience different great moments in his football career, Drogba spent six months with Shanghai Shenhua in China, and one and a half seasons with Turkish giants Galatasaray where he scored the winning goal in the final of the 2013 Turkish Super Cup but in July 2014 he returned to his first love Chelsea football club.
It is very true that legends are not born but they are made. These three very great football legends used every little opportunity which they made in making greatness out of it. They made their fans smile shout out for glory but also made their opponent at every cry, hate them. The legacy which they have left with their clubs will forever remain in the history of football. They are not putting an end to their football career but rather they want to shine their light in all part of the world.
